Application of Magnetic Separation Machine

Working Principle of Magnetic Separation Machine

When the magnetic separation machine works, after the slurry is injected into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic mineral is adsorbed on the cylinder surface, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are successively excluded, the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder was taken out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder. Magnetic mineral particles to the magnetic system with the edge of the cylinder, under the action of the flushing water into the concentrate tank, a non-magnetic mineral particles and the magnetic particles is weak, the pulp flow in the tank to carry, and then discharge from the tailings port.
